The Process in 4 easy steps
1. Initial Inquiry
• Whether you reach out to me on social media or through my website (contact form), I will happily answer any questions and clarify any concerns you may have.
• This includes essential details such as date, location, and type of session. Once you have contacted me, you will receive a follow-up email with a questionnaire to help narrow down all the details regarding your photo session.
2. The Booking
• As soon as you’re ready to move forward, an initial payment will be required to secure your date and a signed agreement. The session fee is non-refundable, and it is typically 50% of your session quote that will go towards your overall photography session, depending on the package you select. The remaining balance is due once you receive your proof gallery.
• I will also send you a questionnaire to help me get to know you and what you are looking for. This will also help consult any outfit styling, locations, and must-have shots. I will follow up 1wk before your session day regarding wardrobe and location to ensure were are good to go.
• We then sign an agreement stating all the details previously discussed, and you’re officially booked!
3. Your Session Day
• Depending on the package you choose, it will be tailored to your unique needs, and I will guide you the entire time. The time we spend together will be about you enjoying yourself and having fun! I will ensure your experience is intimate and genuine. I aim to deliver above expectations and capture the moments that matter the most!
4. Proof of Gallery/Ordering
• Once the photography session is concluded, you will receive a sneak peek within 48 hours of your session. This will be a lightly edited proofing gallery, and eight days later, your final gallery containing all of your beautiful personalized edited images following your final deliverables.
• The remainder of your session fee would need to be paid to receive your final gallery.
• Any add-ons or prints you request will be added to your final payment. Once the final payment is received, you will receive your gallery!
